 The City of Haarlem is a Coordinator of the Urban Agenda Partnership on Innovative and Responsible Public Procurement, established in 2017. The City of Haarlem has a long-term vision on Circularity, Sustainability, Smart-City, stimulation of SMEs and start-ups. The aim is to procure 100% circular in 2030. This goal can be achieved by using Innovative and Responsible Public Procurement as a strategic tool.
